Lisa’s mission is to be used by God to assist clients with their real estate needs. She feels blessed to help people with their real estate needs since1984. Lisa chose to move to Kankakee County from Park Ridge in 1983 and has lived in various communities.  Currently Lisa and her husband Walter live on the Kankakee River in the Kankakee Historic District.

Walter manages their high-quality investment properties located throughout Kankakee County, Illinois. Together, they have two adult married daughters. Abby & Ryan and Meredith & Clint.

Some of Lisa’s volunteer efforts are helping with the Pregnancy Resource Center, School Board member at Grace Christian Academy, Board member of Kankakee Regional Land Bank Authority. Lisa’s hobbies include tennis, pickleball, gardening and anything outdoors.

My name is Julianne Hurst and I have been working with Lisa Sanford since 2006 when I jumped at the chance to work with the top agent in Kankakee County as her Marketing Manager. As a 2003 graduate of Saint Joseph's College - Rensselaer, IN with a Bachelor of Science in Mass Communications , I enjoy implementing various means of communication in helping our clients. It is my role to ensure that we develop integrated and effective marketing campaigns utilizing all platforms-including social media, e-newsletters, and the major real estate search engines to our extensive client base serving Kankakee County.

I love working with Lisa and enjoy helping people navigate through one of the biggest financial commitments of their lives. I grew up in Bradley and since 2013, together with my husband, Ryan and 3 active children we live in the hills of East Tennessee. We enjoy hiking and traveling to the various historic sites.
